chervil

Chervil microgreens are delicate, aromatic herbs with a refined flavor that combines fresh parsley with subtle anise and a gentle natural sweetness. Often associated with French cuisine, chervil is softer and more nuanced than many strongly flavored herbs, adding freshness and fragrance without overwhelming delicate ingredients.

Their fine, lacy foliage is an important part of their appeal. Curled Chervil provides a more textured, decorative appearance, while Plain or Flat Chervil offers a similarly delicate flavor with a flatter leaf form. Both are particularly well suited to seafood, eggs, potatoes, creamy sauces, soups, salads, and composed dishes where both aroma and presentation matter.

Chervil microgreens are best used raw and added just before serving. Their delicate leaves and aromatic character are easily diminished by prolonged heat.
